<p>　　预热环节包括线上播出“云中花会踩街”，展现海淀北部四镇特色民俗花会踩街活动，同时直播过程中，通过抽奖送非遗手工、“福”字、春联，增强线上互动。仪式环节包括童声合唱、现代京剧、朗诵、古琴独奏、女声独唱、集体舞蹈、“翰墨雅韵”书法+双人现代舞表演，以及外国歌手组合唱等节目。送“福”环节，书法家挥毫泼墨，为医务工作者、人民警察、科技企业员工等各行业代表现场送上“福”字与春联。同时播放500架无人机编队“空中送‘福’”，充分彰显了海淀的科技强区色彩和奋进风貌，营造出浓郁的节日氛围。</p>
<p>　　2021年“海之春”新春文化季采取线上线下双轮驱动，通过举办七个主题单元共4037项文化活动，探索适应疫情防控常态化下的文化活动新路径、文旅融合新模式。活动时间从1月底持续至3月中旬。</p>
