<p> 中央美院“徐悲鸿奖”在学校百年诞辰之际设立，旨在奖励在教育教学、艺术创作、学术研究、服务社会中作出突出贡献的优秀教师，激励教师成为伟大时代的优秀艺术家和艺术教育家，发挥中央美术学院在美术事业和美术教育事业中的引领作用。“徐悲鸿奖”是学校建校百年来面向全体教师设立的奖励额度最高、覆盖范围最广、专业水平最高的奖项。奖项每两年评选一次，分别命名为“徐悲鸿——教育教学奖”“徐悲鸿——艺术创作奖”“徐悲鸿——学术研究奖”“徐悲鸿——服务社会奖” ，每项奖金100万元，各奖励一人或一个团队或由若干人分享。</p>
