<p>　　本报讯（记者　高艳鸽）　由中国戏曲学院戏文系教授吴新苗担任首席专家的2019年度国家社科基金重大项目“新中国成立70周年中国戏曲史（北京卷） ”开题论证会近日在中国戏曲学院召开。教育部“长江学者”特聘教授、中国人民大学教授朱万曙，上海师范大学教授朱恒夫，文化和旅游部民族民间文化发展中心研究员朱飞跃，梅兰芳纪念馆原馆长秦华生，北京京剧院院长刘侗，中国戏曲学院原副院长赵景勃等开题论证专家，以及来自中国艺术研究院、北京市社会科学院、北京戏曲艺术职业学院、中国戏曲学院等单位的课题组成员20余人参加开题论证会。</p>
<p>　　开题论证会上，吴新苗从“新中国成立70周年中国戏曲史（北京卷） ”这一课题研究的价值和意义、研究对象和主要内容、总体研究框架和几个子课题之间的关系、课题研究的重难点和创新之处、研究计划等多个方面进行了开题汇报，子课题负责人对每个子课题的具体情况做了简要说明。专家组认为，首席专家与各子课题负责人有良好的学术积累和学术责任心，对项目内容与设计均有较为深入和周密的考虑，为课题按时保质完成提供了保证，并对课题的研究内容、研究方法和思路提出了具体建议，一致同意该项目通过开题。</p>
