<p> 据央视－索福瑞媒介研究有限公司对《记住乡愁》播出情况所做的调查数据显示，虽然节目内容聚焦的是古村落，但电视观众和互联网上的关注人群却集中在北京、上海、杭州、郑州、苏州、武汉、广州、成都等大型城市。</p>
<p> 据介绍， 《记住乡愁》由中宣部、住房和城乡建设部、国家新闻出版广电总局、国家文物局组织实施，由中央电视台组织拍摄的。纪录片选取了100个以上的传统村落进行拍摄，实地走访，真实记录，讲述了一个个发生在这些古老村落的感人故事，展现了优秀传统文化在民间的延续和发扬。</p>
