<p>　　会议要求，福建省文联作为新一轮省级文明单位参评对象，要破除“保”的思想、树立“争”的意识、坚持“创”的标准，善作善成，提升创建成效。福建省文联各级党组织要加强对精神文明建设的领导，全力以赴搞好人力、物力、财力及制度方面的保障，文明办要全面加强统筹协调；各单位（部门）要积极配合、主动作为；各群团组织要积极跟进、广泛参与。要着力发挥文联文艺特色优势，不断拓展“党建+创建”、“文艺+创建”、“群建+创建”等创建模式，打造文明创建特色品牌，高质量完成文明单位创建任务。</p>
