<p>　　本报讯&nbsp; 中国文联办公厅（计财部）近日赴宁夏，围绕“计划财务工作对文联事业发展支撑服务作用”课题进行实地调研。</p>
<p>　　调研组走访了宁夏贺兰县文联，并在现场召开了座谈会，自治区、银川市、石嘴山市、青铜峡市的文联负责人和部分财务人员参加了交流。会上，大家分享了创立文艺专项基金、加强与其他部门联动、搭建创作平台繁荣本土文艺事业和文化产业等成功经验做法，也道出了工作中遇到的一些困惑和难题。从自治区到县级文联，呼吁中国文联能从财务政策制定、文艺业务指导、专项活动举办上给予有力扶持。调研组结合中国文联的实际做法，对预算管理、财务报销、劳务报酬支付等问题作了介绍，并收集了大家的意见建议。</p>
