<p align="justify">　　11月9日晚，由文化部主办、中国音协承办的“新学堂歌——谷建芬古诗文少儿歌曲演唱会”在北京国安剧场举行。此次活动是文化部、财政部、教育部、广电总局、共青团中央、中国文联、北京市人民政府7部委共同制定并组织实施的“中国少儿歌曲创作推广计划（2005-2009）”的重要内容之一。近600名少年儿童共同表演了著名作曲家谷建芬创作的《三字经》、《春晓》、《游子吟》等20余首少儿“新学堂歌”。</p>
