<p align="center"><font color="#0000ff">捣香草制作米糕</font></p>
<p>  高淳老街是一个让人放慢脚步的地方,安安静静,它是江苏省保存最完整的的明清古街。老街能留住人的腿,也能留住人的胃,老街上有不少美食,比如说鸭脚包。这是我第一次见到这种东西,成串成串地捆起来吊在房檐下,渍红的颜色分外诱人。听当地人说,将经过特殊腌制的鸭掌里放一块鸭心,然后用鸭肠绑起来,就是鸭脚包了。吃时放在笼屉里蒸熟,筋道而令人口舌生津,煲汤时放两个鸭脚包进去,也是别样的美味。老街的臭豆腐有白豆腐和黑豆腐两种,滚热的油里一炸,浇上点佐料就可以开吃了。与臭豆腐同卖的还有小螃蟹、小鱼、藕夹之类的,这就是别处豆腐摊难见的了。因老街紧邻固城湖,固城湖的螃蟹是当地的小有名气的特产。油炸的小螃蟹裹一层面,巴掌大小,没了霸气横行的姿态,看起来有一些萌,反倒让人不忍心下口了。</p>
<p>  街边一屉雪白的米糕刚刚出笼,每两块扣在一起,方方正正,上印花纹,像旧时人家小姐的袖珍首饰盒子。女主人正在捣着什么,石臼、石锤,绿汁飞溅,旁边一大盆绿色顶着小黄花的野菜。我过去问,女主人和气地说,捣的香草,是做米糕的原料之一,说着又拿米糕给我们尝。米糕很松软,细腻温润,有淡淡的米香和草香。一路上有各色的点心、各色的腌菜、各色的山野菜、湖鱼水产。各个摊位上的鱼头是亮点,胖鱼头傻傻呆呆的样子,嘴巴里却塞了只红彤彤的新鲜大辣椒,像是扮鬼脸吐大舌头,愈加显得呆傻。</p>
