<p align="center"><font color="#0000ff">捣香草制作米糕</font></p>
<p>　　高淳老街是一个让人放慢脚步的地方，安安静静，它是江苏省保存最完整的的明清古街。老街能留住人的腿，也能留住人的胃，老街上有不少美食，比如说鸭脚包。这是我第一次见到这种东西，成串成串地捆起来吊在房檐下，渍红的颜色分外诱人。听当地人说，将经过特殊腌制的鸭掌里放一块鸭心，然后用鸭肠绑起来，就是鸭脚包了。吃时放在笼屉里蒸熟，筋道而令人口舌生津，煲汤时放两个鸭脚包进去，也是别样的美味。老街的臭豆腐有白豆腐和黑豆腐两种，滚热的油里一炸，浇上点佐料就可以开吃了。与臭豆腐同卖的还有小螃蟹、小鱼、藕夹之类的，这就是别处豆腐摊难见的了。因老街紧邻固城湖，固城湖的螃蟹是当地的小有名气的特产。油炸的小螃蟹裹一层面，巴掌大小，没了霸气横行的姿态，看起来有一些萌，反倒让人不忍心下口了。</p>
<p>　　街边一屉雪白的米糕刚刚出笼，每两块扣在一起，方方正正，上印花纹，像旧时人家小姐的袖珍首饰盒子。女主人正在捣着什么，石臼、石锤，绿汁飞溅，旁边一大盆绿色顶着小黄花的野菜。我过去问，女主人和气地说，捣的香草，是做米糕的原料之一，说着又拿米糕给我们尝。米糕很松软，细腻温润，有淡淡的米香和草香。一路上有各色的点心、各色的腌菜、各色的山野菜、湖鱼水产。各个摊位上的鱼头是亮点，胖鱼头傻傻呆呆的样子，嘴巴里却塞了只红彤彤的新鲜大辣椒，像是扮鬼脸吐大舌头，愈加显得呆傻。</p>
