<p>　　本报讯　由中国音协主办的全国中青年管乐指挥骨干（含新文艺群体）增强“四力”培训班开班仪式日前在山东日照举行。</p>
<p>　　此次培训班基于中国音协全面深化改革中“延伸手臂”“重心下移”的工作思路，参训学员中来自民营乐团指挥等新兴音乐群体代表占有很大比例。培训班以学习贯彻习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想和党的十九大精神作为主线和重点内容，采取思想政治理论课程与业务课程相结合的学习形式，安排了专家面对面授课、艺术实践、经验交流、演出观摩等学习内容，同时把观摩“吹奏巡游表演”等活动有机融入到教学之中。中国音协分党组书记、驻会副主席韩新安，指挥家于海，演奏家、教育家赵瑞林，指挥家林友声等受邀讲课。培训班通过丰富的课程设置，不断增强学员的“脚力、眼力、脑力、笔力” 。</p>
<p>　　来自全国31个省区市、全国公安文联、中国音协管乐学会、日照市教育系统的190余名中青年管乐指挥骨干参加了此次培训。</p>
