<p> 会议回顾总结文艺志愿服务过去五年来的工作，研究部署今后五年的任务，修订《中国文艺志愿者协会章程》 ，选举产生中国文艺志愿者协会新一届领导机构。冯巩当选为中国文艺志愿者协会主席，卞留念、刘全利、李丹阳、何加林、张继、林永健、岳红、郎昆、居杨、孟广禄、姚建萍、殷秀梅、黄豆豆、龚宇、温玉娟、廖恳当选为中国文艺志愿者协会副主席，廖恳任中国文艺志愿者协会秘书长，孙德华、邵志军任中国文艺志愿者协会副秘书长。</p>
<p> 大会推举姜昆为中国文艺志愿者协会名誉主席，聘请才旦卓玛、王仁刚、王晓岭等27人为中国文艺志愿者协会顾问，于紫菲、王小燕、王书平等31人为荣誉会员。</p>
<p> 李屹、李前光等领导向新一届领导机构颁发证书，为名誉主席、顾问、荣誉会员颁发聘书。</p></div>
