<p> 书法艺术源远流长博大精深，是中国优秀传统文化的重要组成部分，是中华文化的代表性符号，深受百姓的喜爱。为继承和展示书法作品的独特艺术魅力，进一步增强文化自觉与文化自信，宣传北京精神，贯彻落实文化强区的发展战略，加强区域文化事业的繁荣与发展，推动文明和谐的社会主义建设，特举办中国梦——“翰墨朝阳”首届全国书法作品大赛。</p>
<p><strong> 一、组织机构</strong></p>
<p> 主办单位：北京书法家协会北京市朝阳区文学艺术界联合会</p>
<p> 承办单位：北京市朝阳区书法家协会</p>
<p><strong> 二、参赛对象 </strong></p>
<p> 凡年满十八周岁的全国广大书法爱好者均可投稿，免收作品评审费。每位参赛作者限一次性投稿，作品件数不限，投稿一律使用真实姓名，限于人力，作品不退稿。</p>
<p><strong> 三、作品要求 </strong></p>
<p> 作品内容要求积极、健康、向上，尤其欢迎自作诗词、楹联等。书法作品书体不限，尺寸最大不超过六尺整纸。草书、篆书请附释文。篆刻作品不少于6方，至少有两方附边款，自制印屏，篆刻作品获奖须交原石一方参展，原石归承办方所有。请在作品背面右下角铅笔注明作者姓名、性别、年龄、身份证号、通讯地址、邮编、联系电话等。</p>
<p><strong> 四、征稿时间</strong></p>
<p> 自公布之日起开始征稿，截稿时间为10月31日，以当地邮戳记为准。信封上请注明“翰墨朝阳”字样。</p>
<p><strong> 五、作品评选</strong></p>
<p> 由中国书法家协会、北京书法家协会专家组成评审委员会，对来稿作品进行评审，分初评、复评和终评三个阶段，拟评出一等奖5名，二等奖10名，三等奖20名，优秀奖100名。</p>
<p><strong> 六、展览出版</strong></p>
<p> 在北京举办中国梦—— “翰墨朝阳”首届全国书法作品大赛获奖作品展；同时出版作品集。</p>
<p><strong> 七、获奖待遇</strong></p>
<p> 对获奖作者颁发奖金、荣誉证书，并赠大赛作品集一部。一等奖5000元，二等奖2000元，三等奖1000元，优秀奖300元。非北京书法家协会会员获奖，具备加入北京书法家协会条件之一。</p>
