<div> <span> 为做好地方省市和中央部门厉行节约反对浪费制度的上网公开工作，现将有关事项通知如下：</span></div>
<div> <span> 一、根据中央八项规定精神和《党政机关厉行节约反对浪费条例》，财政部会同有关部门制定修订了中央和国家机关会议费、差旅费、培训费、因公短期出国培训费用、因公临时出国经费和外宾接待经费管理办法等制度，并要求地方省市和中央部门制定修订适应本地区、本部门情况的相应制度或实施细则。目前，绝大多数地方省市和中央部门已完成了省级制度或本部门实施细则的制定修订工作。为方便广大公务人员查询执行，有利于社会各方面的监督，我们在财政部网站开设了“厉行节约反对浪费制度建设与实施”专栏（网址“http://xzzf.mof.gov.cn/zhuantilanmu/jy/”，或从财政部网站首页点击左侧“热点栏目”第二条本栏目链接），已将党中央国务院和财政部、以及地方省级党委政府和财政部门制定的有关厉行节约反对浪费制度上网公开。</span></div>
<div> <span> 二、地方省市和中央部门要高度重视厉行节约反对浪费制度上网公开工作。地方各级政府及财政部门和中央部门要在年底前，将本级制定的、符合信息公开条件的制度或细则及时在本级政府和财政部门或中央部门网站公开，我部将适时开展督查工作。</span></div>
