In order to promote calligraphy exchange across the Strait, China Calligraphers Association (CCA) sent a group and 40 pieces of works to Taiwan to participate in the 2nd Dingsheng He’an Calligraphy Biennale and conduct calligraphy exchange. Zhao Changqing, vice president of CCA was head of the group and Zhao Xuemin, council member of CCA was the deputy head.
