From April 21 till 30, at the invitation of Swiss “Shan Shui” Foundation, Qin Zhigang, vice president of CFLAC, headed a 4-people delegation of Chinese artists to Switzerland and France for cultural exchange. During the visit, the delegation will take up sketching, creation and small exhibitions, expecting to better the western audiences’ knowledge of Chinese painting art.
