Raised in USA and acquired from contemporary Jazz masters Ahmad Jamal and Chick Corea, Hiromi is now the latest top Jazz pianist in Japan. Her performance style is so bold and novel that she mixes Jazz, classical, pop, ballad, and rock’n’roll in a perfect match. With unique feature of distinct performance levels and improvision, Hiromi has become the hottest musician in the mainstream Jazz in Europe and America. She once won the Best Jazz Album Award in the 53th Grammy Ceremony, and was reputed as Jazz Nodame for her free-spirit style and exquisite skills.
